Service plan
One service a year, booked when it's due
An annual service keeps the system efficient, catches small problems early and keeps most manufacturer warranties valid. We remind you when it is due.
What it costs
£12.50 a month
Or £150 a year, for one indoor and one outdoor unit. £50 a year for each extra indoor unit. Pay monthly and the service is booked for when the twelfth payment is due.
What a service includes
- Filters and both coils cleaned, indoor and outdoor.
- Condensate drain checked and cleared.
- Electrical connections, isolator and controls checked.
- Refrigerant leak test.
- Running pressures and temperatures recorded, so any change shows up next time.
- A written service report.
Repairs

Fault found and fixed. Call and describe what it is doing, or book a visit.
Common faults we fix
- Not cooling, or not heating.
- Icing up on the indoor or outdoor unit.
- Water dripping from the indoor unit.
- Tripping the breaker.
- A fault code on the remote or the unit.
- Noisy, smelly or short-cycling.
Heat pumps
Heat pump servicing
An annual service for air-to-water heat pumps, with the readings recorded so efficiency is kept up and problems are caught early.
- Strainers and filters cleaned.
- Flow, return and outdoor readings recorded.
- Controls, settings and weather compensation checked.
- Cylinder and expansion vessel checked.
- A written service report.
