You get the price in writing before the work starts. If anything changes, you hear it from us before it happens, not on the invoice.
- A survey visit before any quote.
- A written quote before anything is ordered.
- Work to the manufacturer's specification.
- A written record of what was fitted and how it was running when we left.
- A reminder when the service is due.
Certification
REFCOM F-Gas certified company
LatterHC holds its own REFCOM company certificate for handling refrigerant, REF1026351. Every system we install, service or repair is logged in our refrigerant register.
